Year-end bonus
During the employee's employment, the bonus will be decided according to the company's financial situation and the employee's contribution to the company (the employee's on-the-job situation, annual performance and other factors), in accordance with the company's relevant regulations and policies.
Contract Salary
The monthly salary agreed in the offer will be paid on the contracted payday.

As part of its long-term commitment to ethical behavior and ethical decision-making, Tsinghua Cloud publishes the Code of Business Conduct that applies to all Tsinghua Cloud employees, as well as a supplemental document, the Government Customer Code. Tsinghua Cloud employees take an annual oath to abide by the Code of Business Conduct and complete an online interactive training. The online training course is updated annually to include new situations employees may face in business operations when appropriate, helping employees to better complete the training content and thus uphold higher ethical standards.
